4. Run a 400 mile race with no shoes on?
5. Clean his/her toilet with your favorite t-shirt?

When Jesus got down and washed the disciples feet, they were totally amazed, because in those days washing peoples feet was about as cool as washing a gas-station toilet with your own tooth brush!
